Elva Spotted With Foreign Man

Previously, the fortune teller told Elva that she would enjoy good luck if she stay away from any relationship before August. However, just before the release of her album, she was spotted in a park with a foreigner!

She was seen with a Russian called Lee by a reporter outside A-mei's apartment block. They immediately left when they saw the reporter.
Her manager Chen Xiang Jun explained that Lee is only her friend from overseas. He had only put his hands over her shoulders and they could not have kissed. Chen also warned Elva not to appear outside A-mei's apartment as there are many paparazzi there. Interestingly, the reporter was following A-mei to her apartment when she saw Elva and Lee.

Chen further explained: "Elva's very close with these friends from overseas. A small hug or kiss is alright. Elva emphasized that Lee only put his hands on her shoulders, and she would heed the advice of the fortune teller. What if she did not? Chen joked: "I would scratch her face and tie her up!"
