Official Statement to Edison Chen Scandal
In light of the recent rumours regarding Elva's involvement in the Edison Chen sex scandal, her managing company, Wan Li Da Entertainmant Pte Ltd, has released an official statement.
In the statement, Wan Li Da wrote that
1. Elva had never dated Hong Kong artiste Edison Chen. If anyone can produce indecent photos of them and verified by the authorities, Wan Li Da would donate NT$1m to charity.
2. Elva has a busy schedule this year, and to thank the support from her record company, sponsors and advertisers, she will continue to focus on her job. To show their sincerity, if there were any indecent photos that could be verified by the authorities, Wan Li Da would compensate them an amount that is 100 times the contract price.
3. Wan Li Da hope that everyone would stop believing and spreading any groundless rumours, and instead continue to support Elva's healthy image. If anyone was found to be spreading any rumours or photos that may harm Elva's reputation, Wan Li Da would not hesitate to take legal action.

近日媒体密集报导香港艺人陈冠希不雅照片外流事件，因受坊间捕风捉影并影射曾传绯闻之台湾女星涉入，甚有 直指本公司艺人elva萧亚轩亦为该风波受害艺人之一，本公司已多次公开向媒体澄清elva萧亚轩绝无涉及该事件，亦无意对此不实谣言继续响应而增添纷 扰，无奈外界持续不当揣测，因此认为有正视听之必要，本公司万力达娱乐事业有限公司兹在此正式发表下列严正声明：
一、elva萧亚轩从未与香港艺人陈冠希交往过，如任何人可以提出该二人间之不雅照片，并经司法机关认定真实无误者，本公司愿捐给公益慈善团体新台币一亿元。
二、elva萧亚轩今年演艺工作满档，为回报唱片公司、诸多厂商及各合作单位之爱护与支持，elva萧亚轩将继续专心于演艺事业。为示负责之态度，如有前项查证属实之不雅照片存在，本公司愿即对签约单位给付合约价金壹佰倍之赔偿金。
三、本公司严正呼吁社会大众切勿轻信并立即停止散布任何不实谣言，并支持elva萧亚轩清新、健康之艺人形象；如有发现任何人再有散播或影射而损及elva萧亚轩名誉之任何言论或图文者，本公司定将依法追究，绝无宽待。
