Here's how to make a donation in Singapore

A special account to receive contributions in cash or by telegraphic transfers and Giro has been opened.
Details are as follow:
1. Bank Transfer

2. Cash/Cheque Donation
Donations in cash and cheques can also be handed directly to the embassy on Tanglin Road.

All cheques should be crossed and made payable to: Sichuan Earthquake Relief Fund-Chinese Embassy.
The embassy requests that donors leave their name and contact details when making contributions.
Singapore Red Cross

Donors can contribute in cash or by cheque at the Singapore Red Cross' headquarters in 15 Penang Lane.
Collection hours are from 9.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays - Fridays) and 9.30am to 5pm (Saturdays and Sundays).
Donors should indicate on the back of the cheque their name or organisation, mailing address and contact numbers and 'Red Cross China Earthquake'.
2. Internet Bank Transfer & Cheque-deposit Box
Donors can also contribute through United Overseas Bank's Internet banking and cheque-drops at the bank's cheque-deposit boxes.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Red Cross - China Relief Fund'.

The Sichuan Earthquake Charity Show 让爱川流不息
The basic donation lines are:
1900 112 5121 - SGD$6
1900 112 5122 - SGD$18
1900 112 5123 - SGD$50
Donation lines are opened from 22 May till 1 June 08.
Phone line for donations more than $50 is 6259 1233.
Those who give more than $5,000 will have their donations acknowledged during the broadcast.
Every call is subjected to SGD$0.214 administrative charge and 7% GST.
NTUC Fairprice and Cheers
Supermarket giant NTUC FairPrice will be collecting donations for the Sichuan earthquake victims.
From today to June 14, the public can make donations at all FairPrice outlets and Cheers convenience stores.
