Elva in China

Elva joked about her China tour always involved food in her latest blog entry.

She related her experience in a vegetarian restaurant, reminiscence of a 5th Avenue restaurant, that combined Chinese and Western style of cooking. Every dish was unique and was different from what she had ate before.

Finally she commended the restaurant for infusing the different Chinese flavours into vegetarian cuisine and encouraged us to patronise them if we are in Beijing.
