Elva is Back with "1087+139" and $30m Promo Tour Across Asia
Elva officially returns to the music with her long overdue re-packaged album - "1087+139". Her record company, Warner Music Taiwan, held a press conference to celebrate her latest album, as well as to announce the great news of her album sales reaching 1 million in Asia!
Regarding the name of her re-packaged album, Elva said it was the number of days from the album was first released in 22 Dec 2006 to 11 May 2007. She had mixed feelings because she could not promote her album due to her leg injury. Even so, her popularity continued to soar as her album crossed the 1 million mark in Asia.
With the release of this repackaged album, Warner Music hopes to reach a new high and and break the record of having the longest promotion period.
In addition, Warner Music and Le'Tea will be forking out NT$30m to promote Elva's latest album, which will include a concert on 26 May and a promo tour in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia!
