Elva Films "My Boyfriend" MV

Elva resumed work on her latest album, filming her 6th music video, "My Boyfriend" (我的男朋友).
The song is penned by Elva herself, relating her past experience. The song talks about a girl developing feelings for her best friend and one day he gave her a goodbye kiss. What does it mean? Is she thinking too much? It further relates the awkward development from good friends to couple relationship.

The male lead, Max, is the host of Switzerland Idol, Channel V VJ and co-star of the drama "After Hours" (now airing in Singapopre), starring opposite Channel V's Utt, MTV Chinese's Linda Liao and Mediacorp's Joanne Peh. He was introduced to Elva by one of her friends, and he fits the role of the male character, therefore he was chosen.
In the music video, Elva starred as the girl who went to watch her best friend's baseball training, but was unexpectedly pulled into the pit to be coached personally by her best friend.

Regarding the intimate moments she had with Max, Elva screamed "It's scary, nerve-wrecking and awkward!" Her past experience with baseball only amounts to watching her brother playing while she was young and watching the National Team practising. The music video gave her the chance to get her hands dirty in the baseball pit. When the pitching machine started shooting the ball at high speed towards her, Elva exclaimed "It's so scary! I was extremely nervous!"
The close contact that she had with Max made her blush! This was because she could not move freely as she was afraid of the baseball and any step backward would land her into the arms of Max.
After the shoot, Elva declared "No more baseball for me ever!" When asked if Taiwanese Yankee player Wang Jian Ming were to coach her, will she relent? She replied without any hesitation "I would do it even for one day one night!"
