Elva Attends Cancer Foundation Event & Speaks About Her Mum
It was pure coincidence after Elva became the spokesperson for Taiwan's Cancer Foundation, her mother was found to have a malign tumour and went for an operation the day before yesterday. Elva put on a brave front to attend the event. She said that her mother is fine but she did considered cancelling her concert on 26 May.
The event was packed with reporters, and with regards to the public concerns, Elva said that she and mother are feeling good, but she cancelled a few of her promotion events to accompany her mother.
Elva said that her mother was stronger than her. In fact, her mother even consoled her. "Initially I wanted to cancel the concert because I could not take good care of my mum and I couldn't perform as well too. But my mum wants to see me perform on stage." Her mum even told her to be strong and sing even louder than before.
Elva will be resuming work next week, when asked about the progress of her concert,s he said that she had stopped thinking about it for a while because she was thinking about her mum and granny. But she hoped to bring them to watch the concert.
